FIRST day of Grade 4!
Hi! My name is Mrs. Sloane and I have the pleasure of being your child's teacher this year!
We had a BUSY, but fun first day getting to know our learning space, and each other!
We worked together to better understand that we are a family when we are at school and it is important that we treat each other with kindness and respect!
Students brought home their BLUE folders with a Digital Citizenship Agreement and a Parent Questionnaire for you to fill out. Please return them both by next Friday!
Students designed their own coat hook name tags!
We had two STEM team building challenges!
The first challenge was to create the tallest tower with index cards.
It was important to listen to all the voices on the team!
The second challenge was to build a cup tower with string and an elastic!
We ended the day with learning about our classmates and realizing we have alot in common!
We are going to have a GREAT year together!
